Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly through www.legionparfums.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to the exclusions below.

To cancel, please email us at support@legionparfums.com within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

2. Exclusions to Cancellation Rights

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Fragrance products that have been opened or sprayed, due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Sample sizes, which do not have tamper-evident seals and cannot be verified as unused. For hygiene reasons, all sample sales are final and non-refundable
- Cosmetic or skincare products that have been opened or used
- Personalised or customised items, unless faulty

Returns that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

We accept returns for eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must include proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)
- The item must be returned securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Please note:

Sample sizes cannot be returned. These products are final sale, as they do not include tamper-proof seals and cannot be inspected for use. They are intended for testing only and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email and, if approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Although we offer free standard UK shipping, we absorb this cost for you. Therefore, if you return a non-faulty item, £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original delivery expense.

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Sample sizes
- Opened or used products
- Returns received in unsuitable condition

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@legionparfums.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

6. Cancellations Before Dispatch

If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must go through the returns process if eligible.
